Applying goal-oriented modeling for representing such processes is a promising approach. However, goal-oriented process models have no clear operational semantics, and building an enactment engine for such models is a highly complex task. To avoid building such tools in an ad-hoc manner and to overcome maintainability and portability issues, we investigate in this paper the practical feasibility of meta-CASE and CAME based approaches for constructing an enactment tool for a goal-oriented model. We describe and analyze a project in which MetaEdit+, a leading meta-tool, is tested. Our aim is to evaluate the meta-tool approach and to explore its possibilities in terms of process model enactment. During this project, a requirement elicitation process is used as a preliminary test bed. %G English %Z LITEM-NPR %2 https://paris1.hal.science/hal-00998729/document %2 https://paris1.hal.science/hal-00998729/file/ICCGI-CR.pdf %L hal-00998729 %U https://paris1.hal.science/hal-00998729 %~ UNIV-PARIS1 %~ GRENOBLE-EM %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ UNIV-EVRY %~ TELECOM-MANAGEMENT %~ CRI %~ TDS-MACS %~ LITEM %~ IMT-BS %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ LITEM-NPR %~ LITEM-IMTBS
